High Power DC Gear Motor

 

Shenzhen Xinhe Motor Co., Ltd. presents the High Power version of the 25mm DC gear motor with a stall current of 6A. This motor offers various technical features:

• Available with or without a 48CPR encoder


• Option for a back shaft


• Choice between metal brush or carbon brush

 

 

The gearbox motor has a 25mm diameter and the first stage consists of spur tooth or helical pinion options. The helical gear is recommended for operations requiring small clearance. The motor operates on either 12V or 24V with consistent parameters.

We offer a range of gearbox ratios from 10:1 to 499:1. The gearbox is compatible with different motors like 300, 370, etc., allowing for a wide range of output speeds and torques.

 

This motor can be equipped with a 12PPR (48CPR) magnetic encoder, providing servo motor-like functionality at a cost-effective price. It is ideal for use in intelligent control products such as robots and 3D printers.
