A1. By TT at sight or trade assurance. 30% down payment should be paid after contract is valid, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

A2. We offer high-quality motors with a 12-month guarantee and aim to reply within 5 hours.
Q3. If some parts of the motor are broken, how can we get help from you?
A3. We will provide spare parts free of charge if they are in warranty, excluding easy-broken parts. For easy-broken parts, a cost fee will be charged.
Q4. How does your factory handle quality control?
A4. We have a CE certificate and a dedicated QC department ensuring product quality. We can also assist in obtaining other certificates if needed.
Q5. What is your packaging?
